STEP 1
How to make minced meat in sour cream sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any minced meat: beef, pork, chicken or mixed. It is better to prepare minced meat yourself from pieces of fresh meat. Minced pork and beef with the addition of onions are perfect. These two types of meat complement each other perfectly; the dish will turn out juicy and moderately fatty. With chicken it will be less caloric.
STEP 2
Place the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir. Peel the onion and finely chop with a knife. You can take white or blue onions as desired; the taste will differ depending on the type of onion. The blue onions add a nice little sweetness to the dish.
STEP 3
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Place chopped onions on the heated oil. Fry it until translucent, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.
STEP 4
Place the minced meat in the pan with the onions. Start stirring it with a wooden spatula so it doesn't clump together and cook in big clumps. If the minced meat is dry, add a small amount of water. This will also prevent the meat mass from forming large lumps. Fry the minced meat for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 5
Then add washed and cut into pieces fresh tomatoes to the minced meat. Tomatoes will mask the specific taste of minced meat and add a pleasant tomato flavor. Fry the minced meat with tomatoes under the lid for about 10 minutes.
STEP 6
Then add sour cream to the pan and pour in half a glass of water. The thicker the sour cream, the more liquid is needed. Mix the minced meat with the sauce.
STEP 7
Simmer the minced meat in sour cream sauce over medium heat for about 20 minutes, covered. Then remove the lid and let the sauce thicken a little. Turn off the heat, cover the pan again with a lid and leave the minced meat in the sour cream sauce for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit! Bon appetit!
