    How to make minced meat in sour cream sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any minced meat: beef, pork, chicken or mixed. It is better to prepare minced meat yourself from pieces of fresh meat. Minced pork and beef with the addition of onions are perfect. These two types of meat complement each other perfectly; the dish will turn out juicy and moderately fatty. With chicken it will be less caloric.

    Place the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir. Peel the onion and finely chop with a knife. You can take white or blue onions as desired; the taste will differ depending on the type of onion. The blue onions add a nice little sweetness to the dish.

    Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Place chopped onions on the heated oil. Fry it until translucent, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.

For a hearty, quick dinner, I chose a recipe for minced meat in sour cream sauce. I have minced pork, salted and peppered it to taste, added about 120 ml of water to the minced meat (this makes it much easier to stir when frying, but if you like fried minced meat, then do not add water). Add minced meat to the onion fried until translucent (increased the amount of onion to suit your taste), fry everything together for about 15 minutes (I actually stewed it, not fried it, but for personal reasons I try to avoid heavy frying). I crushed the tomatoes in a blender to obtain a homogeneous sauce, combined them with sour cream and added them to the minced meat with onions. I simmered for another 15-20 minutes. The result was a delicious, delicate gravy. Minced meat in tomato and sour cream sauce acquires a very pleasant taste and aroma. I boiled the horns for a side dish. Very good recipe. And the most important thing is that you don’t have to make any effort to survive food. Any side dish becomes juicy, be it buckwheat, rice or pasta. However, it is worth noting that I broke the minced meat with a wooden spatula quite carefully, so I don’t have such large lumps of meat as the author. In general, the author gets 5 points!
