The zrazy turned out delicious. Instead of chanterelles I took champignons, no worse. Thank you for the successful recipe, I’ll use it for myself, my family liked the zrazy with mushrooms and I think I’ll make them more than once

Another great recipe! I live in Ukraine, and here zrazy is considered one of the traditional dishes. However, in my entire life, this is the first time I have seen them in such a variation. I tried it - a very tasty combination of chanterelles and minced meat. Instead of white bread soaked in milk, I added mashed potatoes. No worse. Thank you to the author for an interesting recipe! :)
