This is how I made my minced meatloaf! There was nothing to roll up a small roll, and it’s not scary, I don’t have a problem with eaters, it’s not difficult to prepare, in addition to the egg, I also added blocks of cheese - it also turned out not too bad. I baked it first in foil for about half an hour, then removed the foil on top and another 20 minutes until the top was browned. otherwise it turns out wet in the foil. Immediately after the oven it is difficult to cut - soft, breaks, crumbles. but after standing in the refrigerator for a day, it cuts wonderfully! try it, make it, it turns out to be a delicious dish that goes well with any side dish.
