My children really love different cutlets and meatballs. I made them meatballs with rice in sour cream sauce in a frying pan. I prepared them from chicken breast with the addition of pork and lard (ratio 500 g/200 g). The number of other products also increased. I minced the meat and added a little onion. The meatballs were easy to put together; everything was formed at once and fried until golden brown. I didn’t use cilantro for the sauce and used a little less garlic. Simmered until done. The raw rice held the meat together perfectly and the meatballs didn’t fall apart. They turned out juicy and tasty. The sour cream soaked the meatballs and made them tender. Great recipe! I recommend!

The dish turned out tender, almost dietary. Cilantro was replaced with parsley. I realized that more spice was needed, next time I will add more.
