STEP 1
How to make meatballs with rice in sour cream sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can use any minced meat, but if you want to quickly cook meatballs, take chicken, then it will take less time to cook. Choose short-grain rice, it also cooks quickly and will make the meatballs more tender. If desired, you can omit adding flour if you choose thick sour cream for the sauce.
STEP 2
First, rinse and soak the rice well in warm water, then mix it with minced chicken, adding salt and pepper to taste. If the minced meat seems a little bland to you, you can add one egg.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and place round minced meat balls formed with wet hands into it.
STEP 4
Fry the meatballs on both sides until lightly golden brown, then cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Peel the garlic and finely chop or chop using a press.
STEP 6
Rinse the cilantro well, dry and finely chop. You can use other greens, such as parsley or dill, but cilantro is still better, it will give the finished meatballs an appetizing aroma and piquant taste.

Make sour cream sauce by mixing minced garlic, chopped cilantro, flour and sour cream in one cup. Lightly salt and pepper the finished sauce.
STEP 8
Pour the sour cream sauce over the meatballs and continue to simmer, covered, for another 5 minutes. Serve the finished dish hot, combining it with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, pasta or just a vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
