    Wash the meat and be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will prevent it from frying - it will stew. Cut the meat into small pieces.

    Peel the garlic and chop finely.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the pork until golden brown.

I decided to cook meat with green beans, I was really interested in the recipe. Moreover, it is easy and quick to prepare. And this is just an idea for dinner. I cut the meat into medium pieces, fried it in a frying pan until lightly crusted, added green beans, chopped garlic and fried it together a little more. The beans were not defrosted first. Then I added salt, pepper, water, a little flour and simmered until tender. The meat turned out simply wonderful: tender, soft and very tasty in combination with the beans! We liked it!
