Meat with green beans

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make meat with green beans? Prepare your food. Tenderloin is best suited for this recipe; it is softer and cooks faster. In addition to pork, beef, turkey, and chicken are also suitable. You can take beans either fresh or frozen, and you don’t need to defrost them first.
STEP 2

Wash the meat and be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will prevent it from frying - it will stew. Cut the meat into small pieces.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and chop finely.
STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the pork until golden brown.
STEP 5

Add the beans to the pan and fry them along with the pork, stirring, for 7 minutes. During this time, it will just defrost.
STEP 6

Pour water into the pan.
STEP 7

Add salt, pepper and stir. Simmer the dish for about 15 minutes over medium heat under the lid. In addition to black pepper, you can add any spices to your taste.
STEP 8

Add garlic and flour to the meat - it will make the dish thicker. Mix well so that no lumps form. To be sure, you can dilute the flour in a small amount of water before adding. Simmer everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Serve the finished dish to the table, you can sprinkle it with herbs. Bon appetit!
