  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork rolls on coals? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pork carbonate is best suited for this - it is well cut into portioned pieces. The butter should be soft, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the meat into portioned pieces approximately 1.5-2 cm thick. Beat each piece well with a kitchen hammer.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

For the filling, take a convenient deep bowl and combine soft butter, chopped dill and chopped garlic cloves in it. Add salt to your taste. Mix all ingredients together using a fork.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Raw smoked bacon, too, cut into slices 4-6 cm wide.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Spread each cut piece of meat with the butter filling. Just a little - a thin layer. This will be enough for juiciness and flavor.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then place pieces of bacon on the butter filling, just short of one edge. Roll the meat into a roll, starting from the part where the bacon starts.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Build all the meat rolls this way, put them in a container and put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to let them sit a little.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

To prepare, you can cut each roll into 2 parts and thread them onto skewers, or you can, like I did, place them on a grill and cook over hot coals, turning them periodically so that they cook more evenly.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

The butter will melt and flow out, but at the same time it will saturate the rolls from the inside with its creamy taste. It is thanks to the butter that the pork rolls will be juicy and soft. When the oil leaks out, the fire will try to flare up stronger - don’t let it do this! Otherwise the rolls will burn!

    STEP 10

The finished rolls are aromatic and incredibly tasty! Help yourself to your health!
