STEP 1

Wash the beef in running water, dry with paper towels and cut into small pieces.

Wash the bell pepper in running water, remove the seeds and stalk. Cut into small cubes.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.

Pour 150 ml of water into the frying pan with the beef. Mix everything and cover with a lid.
STEP 7
Simmer the beef, covered, over low heat until the liquid has evaporated. It took me about 40 minutes.
STEP 8
How to make beef sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take natural sour cream with a fat content of 15-25%, depending on the desired thickness of the sauce.
STEP 9
When the water has boiled, salt and pepper the beef and sprinkle with spices. Fry, stirring, 2 minutes. You can use any spices to suit your taste.
STEP 10
Add bell pepper and garlic to the pan. Fry together for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 11
Pour in 200 ml of water. Add tomato paste, sugar and bay leaf. Simmer everything together, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
