Meat bean soup

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Soak the beans in cold water overnight
STEP 2
Prepare the ingredients. The amount of ingredients is indicated for a 3 liter pan. Pour water over the pork bones (meat) and put on fire, after boiling, drain the water, rinse the pork bones (meat) (note below). Put the bones (meat) back to boil, after boiling add salt, add a bouillon cube, cook for 1 hour (pork bones) or 40 minutes (meat). Then add the beans and, depending on the beans, cook for another 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, chop or grate the carrots on a medium grater.
STEP 4
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
STEP 5
1 hour (or a little earlier if the beans are already ready) after adding the beans, remove the pork bones with a slotted spoon and leave to cool. When the beans are ready, add the potatoes into the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 6
After cooling, separate the meat from the bones and place the meat back into the pan.
STEP 7
Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add tomato sauce, stir, fry for another 1 minute, add to the soup.
STEP 8
Then add ground black pepper (a mixture of peppers) and bay leaf, add salt if necessary. After boiling, turn the heat to low, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Mmmm... All to the table!))
