  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to puree raspberries with sugar? Prepare fresh raspberries and sugar. If you have frozen berries, you can use them. In this case, try to drain excess moisture from it so that the jam does not turn out too liquid. Read useful information about winter preparations at the end of this recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sort the berries, remove the stems and leaves. Then, carefully so as not to crush the berries, but rinse thoroughly in several waters and place in a colander to drain. Some housewives do not wash raspberries if they pick them themselves. I don’t recommend doing this, because fine dust and dirt can get on the berries.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the berries with sugar in a deep container in which it will be convenient to use a blender. Stir to dissolve the sugar faster. Leave 2 tablespoons of sugar, they will be useful later.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then grind everything with a blender until smooth. You can freeze half of the grated raspberries with sugar, like I did, and seal the rest in a jar.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

You can freeze raspberries in disposable containers or bags. It is also very convenient to freeze in silicone baking molds. Wash containers for freezing and wipe dry. Pour the raspberries into the molds and place the mold in a bag or wrap it in film. Place in the freezer and turn on freeze mode. I set it to -23 degrees. And after a few hours, I transfer the frozen preparations into a bag and set a constant storage temperature of -19.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the remaining raspberries in a sterilized half-liter jar and roll up. I made the preparation taking into account the fact that a small child would eat the raspberries, so I decided to remove the seeds. To do this, pass the resulting mass through a sieve or 2 layers of gauze.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The result is an airy and smooth raspberry puree.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Wash and sterilize the jar well. I pour boiling water into the bottom of the jar in a thin stream, about 1/4 full. To prevent the jar from bursting, do not get water on its walls. Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. Afterwards I drain the water and the jar is ready. You will learn other methods of sterilization by reading the article below the steps. Place the raspberry puree in a jar, pour a spoonful of sugar on top and close the lid. Store in the refrigerator for no longer than six months.

I made pureed raspberries with sugar for the winter. Using a blender, I crushed the berries with sugar. I rolled some of the grated raspberries into a jar, poured the rest into plastic containers and put them in the freezer until completely frozen. In order to save space in the freezer, I take the frozen mass out of the containers and put it in a bag. In winter, these preparations simply have no price! Tasty, healthy, aromatic!

The recipe is very easy to prepare and very effective for colds. I have repeatedly prepared pureed raspberries with sugar; I had them in the refrigerator until March. I sorted the raspberries, washed them, and dried them slightly. It’s very tasty and healthy to make raspberries and black currants in half. The recipe is the same: half a kilo of raspberries, half a kilo of black currants and 2 kg of sugar. The only thing is that fresh raspberries with sugar do not last long in the refrigerator. Sometimes I boil it for 10-15 minutes and the jam lasts longer. If anyone in the family is sick, I also add a little grated ginger to the raspberry jam; it strengthens the immune system very well. I recommend it to everyone! Be healthy!
