Marinade for meat with beer and kefir

. I offer an original recipe for a marinade made with beer and kefir.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 10 mins
STEP 1
For the first marinade, in beer, in a blender we beat: onion, garlic 20 g, ginger, honey 1 tbsp. l., salt 20 gr., sumac, vegetable oil and add beer, mix everything well.
STEP 2
Marinate the meat for 4 hours, no less.
STEP 3
For the second marinade, using kefir, in a blender, beat 20 g of garlic, lemon, 25 g of salt. and honey 1 tbsp. l., add kefir and mix well.
STEP 4
Marinate the meat for 3-4 hours, no less.
