Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Mix the dough. Add salt, egg, flour to the water and knead the dough. Cover with film and leave on the table to rest for one hour.
STEP 2
While the dough is resting, prepare the frying. Chop onion 100g, bell pepper 300g. and tomatoes 300 grams. In a heated frying pan, with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the vegetables, add salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
STEP 3
Finely chop the chicken fillet, onion and herbs, add salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 4
Roll out the dough into a long rope, divide it into pieces weighing approximately 30 grams, cover with film. Roll out each piece of dough to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters.
STEP 5
Place 50 grams of minced meat in the middle of the rolled out dough circles and pinch the opposite sides of the dough together, then connect the edges.
STEP 6
Lubricate the manti with vegetable oil and place in the manti-cauldron, about 8 pieces per sheet. Pour in water, cover with a lid and set to cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
STEP 7
