Mannik without sour cream in the oven turned out very tasty! The semolina was left to swell for 40 minutes. I did everything strictly according to the recipe, weighed dry products on scales. The pie turned out to be small, rose well, and very flavorful. I baked it in a glass pan, almost immediately and easily transferred it to a plate. Great recipe, I especially liked the crispy, delicious crust on top!
