Mannik without sour cream in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake manna without sour cream in the oven? Prepare your food. Take the orange juice ready from the package. Choose natural juice, not a juice drink. But you can prepare the juice yourself; in this case, grate the orange zest. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Pour orange juice over semolina and stir.
STEP 3

Add lemon or orange zest to the mixture.
STEP 4

Add sugar to the semolina mixture.
STEP 5

Mix the mixture well and leave for half an hour so that the semolina swells and the sugar dissolves.
STEP 6

Prepare a baking dish. Any heat-resistant pan will work for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, there is no need to coat it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly grease metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baked goods do not burn.
STEP 7

Then sprinkle the pan with either semolina or breadcrumbs. This will make it easier to remove the semolina.
STEP 8

After half an hour, pour vegetable oil into the semolina mass.
STEP 9

Mix the dough with a mixer or whisk.
STEP 10

When the vegetable oil is well mixed, add soda to the mixture, continuing to mix it with a mixer.
STEP 11

Then add flour to the semolina mixture and knead the dough until smooth.
STEP 12

Place the dough into the prepared pan.
STEP 13

Place the pan with the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
STEP 14

After an hour, remove the pan with the baked manna from the oven, check the readiness with a wooden skewer: pierce the manna in several places, if the skewer comes out dry, then it is ready.
STEP 15

Let the semolina cool slightly and then remove it from the mold.
STEP 16

Transfer the cooled manna to a plate and serve it to the table.
STEP 17

This is what manna without sour cream looks like in cross section. When serving, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
