Light Cake Rizhik with honey

The most honey cake for your beloved children and all those with a sweet tooth! Oh, how I envied my classmate when, in the 6th grade, she brought a cake to class for her birthday and said: “Help yourself, I baked it myself.” It was so delicious that it’s impossible to say simply. Probably because I baked it myself. It was a “Ryzhik” cake. I later wrote down many culinary recipes for this cake, all different, one thing is constant: honey, alcohol and flour with eggs, the proportions just change every time. But I prefer my very first recipe. Although two years later I found in the book “Delicious Food” a recipe for a cake called “Sunny” and it was completely identical to “Ryzhik”, I do not change my old recipe. I still bake Ryzhik cake, recipe with photo.
