Lenten soy vegetarian dumplings

Delicious dumplings cannot be distinguished from real ones even by convinced meat eaters! Regardless of trips to the store, you can prepare dumplings during Lent. They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Delicious, but men are unlikely to appreciate it :) after homemade meat. We usually buy soy milk, soy okara and soy dumplings at a specialty store. I read the ingredients, bought my own beans and decided to “set up” soybean production at home. Successful, relatively fast and not expensive. The vegetarian soy dumplings turned out delicious.

Interesting recipe! There are no special preparations. But the ingredients are impressive (soy okara). It can even be called not only meatless dumplings, but also a delicious vegetarian dish. The author is great for showing step-by-step preparation in pictures. For those who like to learn how to cook this dish, this will be a bonus.

The dumplings turned out beautiful, filling and perfect for fasting for anyone who is fasting. I’ve tried soy meat, but never this okara, very interesting!

And I cook very tasty dumplings according to this recipe. For the dough: 2 cups flour ¼ cup boiling water 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil For filling: 30 g of dry porcini mushrooms 1 glass of cool buckwheat porridge or boiled rice 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil 1 onion Cut the rolled dough into small squares or cut out circles with a glass, put the filling on each piece and make dumplings. Grease a baking sheet or frying pan with oil, place dumplings on it in one layer and bake in the oven over moderate heat for 15-20 minutes. Then put the dumplings in a pot, pour hot mushroom broth, salt, add spices and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Tasty, fast, and most importantly - lean and healthy.
