STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. If you use fresh frozen cherries, you must first defrost them and drain the juice.
STEP 2

In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. You may need less or more flour, read the article at the end of the recipe for more details. In another deep bowl, mix sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Fill them with water or cherry juice. If there is less than 1 glass of juice from freshly frozen cherries, then drain the juice and add water until the glass is full. Also add vegetable oil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 3

Combine dry and wet ingredients and knead the dough. Dip the cherries in flour and stir into the dough. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the dough in it and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. STEP 4
