Leg in a sleeve in the oven with potatoes

Cut the legs into portions
STEP 3
Salt, pepper, add mustard and a little vegetable oil, pass the garlic through a press
STEP 4
Rub the chicken pieces well with this mixture.

Coarsely chop the onion

Cut potatoes into portions
STEP 7
Tie one edge of the sleeve
STEP 8
Add potatoes and onions, salt and add sour cream

Mix the contents well right in the sleeve

Open the sleeve and place the chicken legs on top of the potatoes.

Now we tie the sleeve on the other side, trying to let out all the air.

Place the sleeve on a baking sheet

We pierce with a needle in several places to allow steam to escape.

Then we take the sleeve out of the oven and cut it, put it in the oven for another 15 minutes so that the legs are browned
