Thanks for such a great recipe. I myself make shawarma quite often at home, mostly adding different vegetables (cucumber, pepper, tomato) and always seasoning it with various sauces. You gave me an idea on how to diversify this dish. I would never have thought about Korean carrots. I’ll probably make the same roll for myself soon.
