I love the combination of these products, so I cook these pies, the only thing is, don’t overcook the mushrooms, immediately put them on high heat without oil, just let the water boil away, add a little oil, 5 minutes and turn it off. I don't fry tomatoes.

Our whole family simply loves pita pie. But I’ve never cooked a combination of mushrooms and zucchini before. But after frying the zucchini, I usually blot it with a paper towel so that it doesn’t leak too much juice. In general, the recipe is gorgeous, and the step-by-step photos just whet your appetite!
