Lard in chocolate

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We take dark chocolate, without any additives. We also prepare the rest of the products according to the list.
STEP 2
So, we start by thoroughly rinsing the lightly salted lard.
STEP 3
Then dry it with a paper towel.
STEP 4
After this, cut the prepared lard into thin slices approximately 0.2-0.4 millimeters thick.
STEP 5
Now melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, place a chocolate bar broken into pieces in a small iron bowl, which we place in a larger diameter iron bowl or pan with water. Turn the heat to medium and wait for the water in the lower pan to warm up. Immediately after this, the chocolate will begin to melt. Do not forget to constantly stir the resulting mass. You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave, which is much faster and easier.
STEP 6
Mix the bulk ingredients in a bowl: cardamom, ground black and red pepper. All components should be evenly distributed among themselves.
STEP 7
Now we take the slices of lard prepared in advance and roll them in the required amount of sprinkles.
STEP 8
After this, dip the lard into melted chocolate.
STEP 9
Place the pieces one by one on foil, which is best placed on a kitchen board or baking sheet.
STEP 10
We put our delicacy in the freezer overnight.
STEP 11
In the morning you can already taste the sweetness.
STEP 12
