What an unusual jelly! I always strain the fruits and berries and cook the jelly in a decoction, and the fat directly with pieces. I prepared everything according to the instructions. I cut the pumpkin and apples into small pieces to make them easier to eat. I used potato starch, it’s a classic. I liked the ratio of liquid to starch. At first it was not clear how thick the jelly would be, especially since it contains fruit. The result was a jelly of medium thickness, not liquid, but not jelly either. The jelly itself can be simply drunk, but pieces of pumpkin and apple must be taken out with a spoon. It turned out to be an interesting dessert. Undoubtedly healthy, not very sweet, attractive in appearance. The pumpkin is not very noticeable, the apples overwhelm the taste. The pieces are soft, but do not fall apart, with a pleasant and delicate consistency. I liked the jelly, and so did my daughter. Thank you!
