Kissel for children
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare, we take all the ingredients we need, indicated in the composition, and immediately, for convenience, measure out the required amount.
STEP 2
Wash and clean the pumpkin. Then cut it into small pieces. Then we put these pieces into a cooking pan, fill them with water and send them to high heat. Let it boil and from now on cook the pumpkin for 10-15 minutes. The pumpkin pieces should become soft.
STEP 3
Wash the apples, thinly peel and remove the core and seeds. Cut into medium-sized pieces of arbitrary shape.
STEP 4
Add starch to 60 ml of cold boiled water and mix well with a spoon.
STEP 5
When the pumpkin pieces become soft, add the chopped apples to the pan. Let the mixture boil and boil it for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
STEP 6
Then add granulated sugar and citric acid.
STEP 7
Mix the starch and pour into the pan. Stir and keep the mixture on low heat for about 2-3 minutes. After this, turn off the fire.
STEP 8
Apple jelly is ready to eat. Can be consumed warm or cooled, whichever you prefer.
STEP 9
Bon appetit to you and your family!
