This julienne with chicken differs from others in slightly fewer calories, since the filling for it is based not on milk or cream, but on broth. I got the recipe for this dish from a friend when she was experimenting with French cuisine. She tried cooking it with both “natural” broth and bouillon cubes. In principle, I personally liked the result with the cubes better, but you choose for yourself.
