  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake pink salmon steaks in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can immediately buy pink salmon in the form of steaks or take a whole one and cut it into pieces yourself. Rinse pink salmon steaks in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice with salt and spices. As a spice, I use a ready-made set of fish spices.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add vegetable oil and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix all ingredients.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Dip each pink salmon steak in the resulting sauce so that it covers it on all sides.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Prepare any heat-resistant form for baking. It can be metal, glass or ceramic. I use ceramic. Line the bottom of the pan with a sheet of foil and place the pink salmon steaks prepared for baking on it.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Cover the top with another sheet of foil and tuck the edges in. Place the dish with the fish in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Baking time will depend on the power of the oven and the size of the steaks themselves.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

About 10 minutes before baking, remove the top sheet of foil and leave the fish in the oven until it browns a little.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Juicy, tasty and very appetizing pink salmon steaks are ready! Transfer them to a plate and serve. Complete the baked fish with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!

I will offer a universal recipe that can be used to bake any red fish. Those who don't like soy sauce will especially like it.

We wanted to try the baked red fish. On the website I found a recipe for juicy pink salmon steaks in the oven in foil. This method suited me with the composition of the marinade and the baking method. I washed the fish steaks in cold water and dried them with a paper towel. For the marinade, I mixed odorless vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. My soy sauce is not very strong, so I added a little salt. I also added aromatic dried dill to the marinade. I marinated the steaks for about 40 minutes in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Then I made a mold with a lid out of foil, packed the fish and baked it for half an hour. Curdled protein appeared on the surface of the steaks, removed it with a paper towel and baked without foil for another 10 minutes. The fish turned out really juicy. In general, I know from experience that any fish will turn out juicy if you use it fresh and not frozen. My fish turned out delicious and aromatic! Salt in moderation, and the lemon juice significantly reduced the fishy smell, which is important to me. Served for dinner with vegetable salad and herbs. I recommend!

I really liked the recipe! THANK YOU. Delicious! I did everything this way, only I didn’t pour soy sauce on it, but dipped the pieces of fish.
