How to bake juicy pink salmon in the oven with cheese? Prepare your food. Any red fish will do. You can take either a whole carcass, fillet or steaks, like mine. Mayonnaise is suitable instead of sour cream.

If you have a whole fish, then cut it into portions. You don't have to cut off the skin. Rinse the pieces under water, then dry well with paper towels. Salt and pepper the fish on both sides. You can also use your favorite fish spices. Place the pieces in a baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
STEP 3

Grease each piece with a small amount of sour cream or mayonnaise.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 5

Sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the top of the fish.
STEP 6

Bake pink salmon in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the type of fish and the thickness of the pieces. But not longer - the fish may become dry. Also consider the features of your oven.
