I liked the recipe, I’ll try it! I love it when they put ice cream on top of the pie! Baked cherries and tangerines will go perfectly with ice cream! I have to prepare such a dough. And in eggs, it seems to me that you can try to separate the white from the yolk, the dough should turn out fluffier!

But you can really separate the yolks from the whites. I make it classically, exactly according to the recipe, but I haven’t gotten around to improving this pie yet)

The pie is very good, but probably beat the eggs well with a mixer, it will be fluffier. It took 20 minutes to prepare plus 45 minutes to bake.
