I really liked this recipe for jacket potatoes in the oven! It turned out as if baked, only with the aroma of rosemary, not fire). I chose approximately the same tubers so that they would cook evenly. I washed them well and, just in case, soaked them in water for an additional 10 minutes to remove any possible dirt. Then I washed it again, dried it, pricked it with a knife and put it in a mold. I poured vegetable oil over the potatoes so that each tuber was greased. I baked for 20 minutes, after which I turned the potatoes over with tongs and spread out the garlic and bay leaves. Topped with dried rosemary and a mixture of peppers. Bake for another 20 minutes. The potatoes have acquired a golden crust. The aroma of garlic and rosemary is simply stunning! The potatoes are very tasty!
