Wonderful pizza. I also make the dough myself, and I don’t like pizza with puff pastry. I also like to sprinkle dried oregano on the finished pizza before the oven, the aroma is amazing. And during the season, you can replace the sauce with skinless tomatoes, cut them into slices and cover the pizza crust tightly with them.

thanks for the recipe! I love making pizza, but I buy the dough for it at a nearby grocery store) But you have everything written in an accessible way, I’ll try to make it myself! In addition to your recipe: I usually grease the pizza with the so-called “ketchup” - mayonnaise and ketchup, this makes it more tender. And another question: should the dough be left to proof?

Malisana, if the dough recipe indicates that there is yeast, then the dough must be left to rest.

Apparently, they meant “fast” yeast; when using it, the dish should not settle. I love everything that is fast and tasty. I cook pizza not in a frying pan, but on a baking sheet. Therefore, the indicated amount of ingredients is enough for one large pizza.

True, your pizza is a miracle! Breakfast decorates the dish! Thin, like a lettuce leaf, Although there is no spinach on it, It contains olives, ham, There is plenty of cheese too!!

I love cooking and eating thin pizza. I make the dough the same way, but add a spoonful of mayonnaise before the olive oil. I use dry yeast and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. It’s better not to use sauce and tomatoes at the same time, otherwise it will be sour, I was convinced from my own experience. I liked the recipe, it will definitely turn out very tasty!

Our husband has always been in charge of making pizza; it’s his signature dish. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t do it, the dough wasn’t tasty, or there was something wrong with the filling. Now, thanks to your recipe, I can surprise my husband with delicious pizza.
