Therefore, you can safely prepare this dish if you want to please your men. It is very easy to prepare and turns out very tasty.

Step-by-step preparation

Preparing the ingredients.

Thaw the meat, soak it, cut it into small pieces. If desired, those who do not like pork can prepare this dish with beef, it will not be worse.

It is better to take a large and juicy onion, cut it into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Finely chop the garlic. Mix the meat and vegetables in a bowl, season with tomato paste, vinegar, add salt, mix.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate the meat well.
STEP 6

In heated vegetable oil, fry the meat and vegetables for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and starch, mix and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat with the lid closed.

The meat turned out wonderful! The smell of cooking pork with spices always lifts my spirits, and then there’s the marinated meat, which actually made me longing for shish kebab. The combination of products is excellent!
