Honey shortbread
Delicious, aromatic and very easy to prepare cookies! A wonderful recipe for when you want something sweet for tea, but don’t have the time or desire to bother with complex baked goods... Made quickly from simple ingredients!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients for making cookies.
STEP 2

Add baking powder and butter at room temperature to the sifted flour. Grind into crumbs.
STEP 3

Add sugar, honey, eggs to the crumbs. Knead into a soft, elastic dough.
STEP 4

Wrap the dough in film and leave for an hour at room temperature (do not put it in the refrigerator!)
STEP 5

Place balls of dough slightly smaller than a walnut on the parchment. Be sure to leave enough space between them. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes (see your oven). A prerequisite is not to go far! As soon as the cookies start to turn golden, we take them out, otherwise instead of soft, crumbly cookies we will get crackers.

Make tea or coffee and enjoy!)))

Marten, the cookies are just great!!! So quick and easy to do! I'll definitely make these! I’ll try not to waste the cookies so that they don’t become crackers. I wanted to ask, do the lumps of dough look round on the baking sheet, but the cookies themselves are flat when they come out, do they settle on their own, or do they still need to be shaped like this before baking?
