In the meantime, the honey sponge cake is being prepared, let’s prepare the cream - for this we whip sour cream with boiled condensed milk

After an hour, the honey sponge cake is ready, you need to leave it in the multicooker for 10 minutes, then remove it using a steaming stand. Leave to cool

Then cut into 4 layers, leaving the trimmings for sprinkling. They need to be dried a little in the oven or microwave.
