I make the filling a little differently: I add chicken fillet to the mushrooms - it should be boiled first, then cut into small pieces and fried, and then follow the recipe. You can also pour cream over the mushrooms and chicken and simmer a little, but do not add eggs, just cheese. It also turns out very tasty.
