Let's prepare a set of simple products. Use sour cream of any fat content. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

We extinguish the soda with sour cream and add it to the egg mass. Mix.

Add flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa to one and mix.

Now for the cupcakes! You can bake in silicone molds, you can bake in iron ones (but it’s better to grease them first), you can bake in paper cupcakes - beautiful and aesthetically pleasing) You can make one large cupcake - everything is of your choice! Pour two spoons of white dough into each mold.

Then a spoonful of brown dough. Then again a spoonful of white, a spoonful of brown.
STEP 9

We do this in 4-5 layers, depending on the capacity of the mold. So that about 3/4 is filled with dough.
STEP 10

To make it more beautiful, I ran a toothpick over the layers of dough - it turned out to be a flower)

We do this with all the dough until we use it up) Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Everyone's oven bakes differently, so monitor the process. Practice shows that 30 minutes is enough!
