Homemade shawarma

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

To prepare we need: 1. lavash2. ketchup, mayonnaise3. lettuce leaves4. vegetables (any, to your taste)5. sausage6. cheese
STEP 2

After mixing ketchup with mayonnaise, carefully coat the entire sheet of lavash!
STEP 3

Stepping back from the edge of the pita bread, place the lettuce leaves as shown in the photo.
STEP 4

Place finely chopped tomato on top.
STEP 5

Place grated cucumber on top.
STEP 6

On top are Korean carrots.
STEP 7

Next, add the grated bell pepper.
STEP 8

On top is grated sausage.
STEP 9

And put melted cheese on top of everything.
STEP 10

Now fold the sheet of pita bread as shown in the photo! First from the top side and from the bottom! so that nothing falls out.
STEP 11

And then we roll it up like a roll.
STEP 12

This is what the roll should look like.

Cut into 2 parts for frying (as convenient for you)
STEP 14

And place our shawarma in a heated frying pan with oil.
STEP 15

And fry on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 16
