A quick and tasty dish. Lavash can be bought in the store. As for the salad, this is not an acquired taste, although greens are always tasty in such dishes. You need to take tomatoes that are firm and ripe, they are tastier. I only take doctor's sausage without fat. You can fry it in a grill pan, you will get interesting stripes and the frying effect will be the same. But I would only take hard cheese, it melts better and the taste will be completely different. delicious!!!

Lina, when Armenian lavash is fried in a frying pan in oil, it always comes out with a crust.
