But I never add gelatin. I usually cook it longer, up to 4 hours, then I take the bones and meat apart and add broth, it hardens perfectly even without gelatin.

I love it with horseradish and mustard, and recently I tried it with pomegranate sauce - very tasty. I have a mold, I decided to pour jelly in it, mine really like it. You can fill it in any form and always achieve a new look.
