Homemade jelly

A very tasty and nutritious dish for the holiday table. My grandmother once told me this culinary recipe for jelly. She taught me how to make a real Slavic dish - jelly! By the way, such simple and familiar food strengthens the muscles and skeletal system. That's it!

But I never add gelatin. I usually cook it longer, up to 4 hours, then I take the bones and meat apart and add broth, it hardens perfectly even without gelatin.

It's my husband's birthday soon, and our guests really love jellied meat. I'll try this recipe with beef. If I can make it look nice, I'll post a photo.

There is a lot of meat, it looks very impressive, well done, girls, oh how delicious, this dish is familiar to everyone and not a single holiday has ever gone without it, it decorates the table and is eaten first. I love it with horseradish and mustard, and recently I tried it with pomegranate sauce - very tasty. I have a mold, I decided to pour jelly in it, mine really like it. You can fill it in any form and always achieve a new look.

Yes, Nadezhda, but it’s just a silicone mold for cupcakes))) So, any available product will do, it’s just a shame to take a closer look at it.

If I add quail eggs and use chicken and pork, will I ruin everything?

Rita, why are you spoiling it? quail eggs in aspic will not be superfluous. And the chicken is also very good, so try it
