Homemade chocolate liqueur
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make chocolate liqueur? Measure out the ingredients you need. Take whole condensed milk, 8.5% fat. The better quality it is, the tastier the liqueur will be. The same applies to vodka. If you take powdered vanillin, keep in mind that you need to take very little of it, on the tip of a knife - otherwise the drink will be bitter.
STEP 2
Pour water into a thick-bottomed saucepan, add cocoa and vanilla. Mix everything well until smooth. Don't worry if you don't succeed right away - during the cooking process the mixture will disperse and become more even and smooth.
STEP 3
Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Then cook for another 2 minutes. The mixture will thicken before your eyes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the mixture.
STEP 4
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into a deep bowl.
STEP 5
Stir condensed milk into chocolate mixture.
STEP 6
Pour vodka into the chocolate mixture.
STEP 7
Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth. I used a stationary blender, but you can use an immersion blender.
STEP 8
Pour the chocolate liqueur into a bottle and seal with a cork. Leave to infuse for 2 days in the refrigerator. Then you can take the first sample and savor the homemade chocolate liqueur. :-)
