Homemade bread with bran

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Heat the water to 36-40 degrees.
STEP 2
Sift the flour. Place half the flour in a bowl, add dry yeast, bran, salt, sugar and warm water. Mix.
STEP 3
Gradually add the second half of the flour, stirring constantly until the dough becomes soft and no longer sticks to your hands. Sometimes, depending on the type of flour, the dough may absorb a little more or a little less. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 - 2 hours.
STEP 4
When the dough has doubled in volume, knead it thoroughly again. Place in a mold, having previously greased it with sunflower oil. With this amount of ingredients I get 2 loaves of bread.
STEP 5
Let the dough rise for 40-50 minutes. Lubricate with water and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
STEP 6
Cover the hot bread with a towel and let cool. Bon appetit!
