Herring forshmak with apples, onions and butter

Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Soak the loaf in milk.
STEP 2
Separate the herring from the bones, peel the apple. In a blender (you can use a meat grinder) put the fish, apples, onions, boiled eggs, and finely chop the milk-squeezed loaf.
STEP 3
Puree the greens separately in a blender.
STEP 4
Add to the already beaten mass, add soft slurry. butter, pepper, salt to taste, stir well and put in the refrigerator for an hour. Bon appetit!
