    Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and cut each into equal pieces.

    Using a sharp knife, peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into small cubes.

    In a deep bowl, combine grated ginger (you can use dry), chicken seasoning and soy sauce. Add chicken fillet and pineapple, stir, leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

    Place the marinated meat on skewers along with the pineapple.

    Fry the shish kebab over hot coals, turning it occasionally, until fully cooked, 10-15 minutes.

Anna, I feel like I’ve been to Hawaii; your kebab is so cool - pineapples, breasts, ginger...! With pineapple - it’s a very interesting taste, it’s impossible to even imagine, you just have to try it! When frying, shouldn’t you pour pineapple juice over it or add it to the marinade? - this is if the pineapples are canned from a can - there is always this juice there! Thanks for the recipe!<br />

Thank you Irisha!!! I didn't add anything during frying. You can sprinkle the finished meat with orange juice before serving to add an additional hint of flavor.
