Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a hamburger patty? Prepare the meat for minced meat, and this is good quality beef and fresh. If there are veins in the piece and anything that would make the minced meat poor quality, remove it all using a sharp knife.
STEP 2
This is what the meat should look like for grinding into minced meat.
STEP 3
Cut it into small pieces. That is, so that they freely fall into the beef grinder.
STEP 4
I used an immersion blender. I put pieces of beef in it.

And ground them, adding a little fat.
STEP 6
If you want the perfect burger patty, do not add a lot of additional products to it, such as onions, etc. Since we add salt at the end, i.e. Before frying, just season the minced meat with ground pepper. And it’s better if you grind it right now with a mill.
STEP 7
If you still have a lot of work to do preparing, say, buns, put the minced meat in the refrigerator. And then (just before grilling) add salt to taste.
STEP 8
Mix everything and divide the minced meat into equal parts.
STEP 9
Then form more specific preparations for frying, using any available means. The thickness of the cutlets must be at least 1.5 cm.
STEP 10
Fold the blanks neatly into a stack, interspersed with parchment, and put them back in the refrigerator.
STEP 11
After 10 minutes, put the frying pan on gas and let it heat up. If it is well heated, pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Let it warm up too, and only then carefully lay out the cutlets using a spatula.
STEP 12
Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes, turning once, and prepare everything else to assemble the burger.
