    So, rinse the legs under running cold water, remove any remaining feathers, if any. Pat the chicken dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess water. Place in a deep dish suitable for marinating.

    Add spices and seasonings. What spices are suitable for pickling? Choose them to suit your taste. You can also use ready-made seasonings for chicken and meat. This time I took suneli hops, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground peppers and dry thyme (the amount of each spice is 0.5 tsp). Add a few rosemary petals if desired. Pour vegetable oil and soy sauce into the bowl. Add salt to taste, but keep in mind that soy sauce itself is salty.

    Mix everything thoroughly so that each leg is in the aromatic marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and leave at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes or in the refrigerator for longer.

    Preheat contact pressure grill to 180 degrees. Lubricate the grill plates with refined vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Place marinated chicken legs to fry. Close the grill lid and cook the chicken for about 25-30 minutes. How to check the doneness of meat? Make a cut in the stem down to the bone. If you see clear juice, the chicken is ready!

I really wanted delicious chicken legs. I really liked the photo, it is so beautiful and appetizing. I don't have an electric grill yet, unfortunately. I decided to make the legs in the microwave on the grill. I took the recipe for “chicken legs on an electric grill” as a basis and made slight changes to my taste, or rather added tomato paste instead of honey and mustard, as the author advises. After washing and drying the legs, I marinated them in the prepared mixture for chicken, salted them, poured oil on them and added a spoonful of tomato paste. I rubbed the marinade under the skin as recommended by the author and left it for half an hour. Placed it on a microwave grill rack and cooked at a maximum power of 800 W for 15 minutes in normal microwave mode. The chicken legs turned out soft, juicy, tender and crispy. Maybe not in an electric grill, but in a microwave, but the legs are great! Thanks to the author, we received unsurpassed pleasure! We ate the fragrant legs with a light summer vegetable salad. Before serving, I decorated the legs with sesame seeds) Thanks to the author for the inspiration!

Being in nature will be even more fun if you cook this kind of meat! Grilled chicken legs are easy and very quick to prepare. It is not even necessary to marinate them first, at least for a long time (but if you wish, you can marinate the legs for literally half an hour in any marinade). To prepare this recipe you need the legs themselves, a little vegetable oil and seasoning - for me this is a super recipe, thank you.
