We decided to have grilled chicken in a spicy marinade for our birthday. I loved this recipe for its marinade. I bought all the necessary ingredients, only I forgot the lemon) I took homemade spicy Adjika. I washed the legs and dried them on a towel. I cut the onion into rings. For the marinade, I mixed adjika, hot mustard, 67% mayonnaise, chicken seasoning and soy sauce. Since homemade adjika is very spicy, I used a little less of it. But I added more soy sauce. I didn’t add any salt at all, since the seasoning was also salty. I marinated the legs with onions in the morning and cooked them in the evening on a grill over coals. The chicken smelled very appetizing on the grill. I prepared the dish in about 25 minutes, constantly turning the grill with legs to ensure even cooking. The grilled chicken on the grill turned out amazingly delicious. It is juicy, soft, tender, rosy and aromatic. But there is not enough onion, you need to add more) Incredibly tasty marinade. I thought it would be spicy. But no, it even turned out a little sweet) I served the legs on the festive table straight from the grill, so they were hot, with mashed potatoes and salad. Great recipe!
