STEP 1

It’s clear that everything starts with them, with coals. Let's calculate the time so that they are ready by the end of marinating the meat. This is the case if you made the fire yourself. After all, stores sell ready-made coals. It's just that the ones from the fire are more fragrant, or something. And so, let's continue. Let's take a chicken carcass. Let's wash it. Let's let the skin dry, which, by the way, I decided not to remove this time.
STEP 2

Then we will divide it into large parts (I did not take fillet, because it becomes tough on the grill, despite sour cream or mayonnaise marinades). The amount of meat depends on how many people are currently waiting for this yummy. You can marinate a large portion, and then finish cooking it, if necessary, at home in a frying pan. I added a few more legs.
STEP 3

I don't usually add onions to chicken, except for some delicate vegetables. But this time I decided to chop the onions - for flavor, rather than for food.
STEP 4

Marinade. A lot depends on him. When I cook chicken on the grill on the grill, I don’t use vinegar. I definitely don't use it. There are other, gentle pickling methods, like mine. I decided to combine all the components indicated in the recipe. You can vary their quantity (especially soy sauce!) and ratio. I liked that there was a little more adjika.
STEP 5

I deliberately did not include lemon in the marinade. After all, like vinegar, it can make meat tougher. I cut the lemon into several slices. For what? Find out below!
STEP 6

So, having mixed all the ingredients for the marinade, I added onions to it and added chicken pieces. They need to be thoroughly “grinded” with the marinade and left for 15-20 minutes. By the way, before this you can lightly beat them off with a culinary chopper.
STEP 7

Place the pickled beauty on the wire rack. Let's send her to the grill, where everything is ready. Fry, constantly turning the grill, until done. As a rule, this takes no more than 30 minutes. At the end, sprinkle it all with lemon juice, squeezing it straight from the slices.
STEP 8
