Grated potato casserole with cheese in the oven

Easy to make, flavorful and satisfying casserole. This grated potato casserole can easily feed the whole family. It can serve simply as a side dish or as an independent dish. This potato casserole can be varied by preparing it with minced meat or mushrooms as a filling. You can also add garlic if you wish.

    Three cheese on a fine grater. Divide into 2 approximately equal parts

    Mix the smaller part of the cheese with 1 egg and dried dill. Set aside. This is for the cheese crust.

    Mix the 2nd part of the cheese with mayonnaise and the 2nd egg. This part is the basis of our casserole.

    Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice. Add a little salt and pepper. Mix with a mixture of cheese, eggs and mayonnaise.

    Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C and set our casserole for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven and cover with the egg-cheese-dill mixture. And put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Grated potato casserole with cheese in the oven is a new potato recipe for me. I completely agree with the author that the dish can serve both as a side dish and as an independent dish. I grated the potatoes on a fine grater and squeezed them out. Mixed with grated cheese, egg and mayonnaise. Placed it in a mold and baked, then spread the egg-cheese mixture on top and baked for another 15 minutes. Simple, filling, appetizing and very tasty! I recommend it for cooking and thanks to the author for the great recipe 😘

The recipe is wonderful, but my family loves it a little differently. And here is the recipe, by the way
