Grated date pie Lakomka
Are dates exotic? Try this pie! It tastes amazing! Ease of preparation and taste
My mother-in-law gave me the recipe for this delicious dish. She tried it with a friend and decided to share it with me. After trying it, I decided to add dates, rather for the benefit, they don’t really affect the taste, but otherwise left it unchanged. When I made it at home for the first time, my husband asked one question: why haven’t I eaten this before? I think that says it all :)

Yulechka, I really liked the filling, and the dough is special - without sugar, which interested me, maybe I just need to double the portion so that the pie itself is taller, it will look better, I’ll definitely make it, but I’ll remove the sugar from the filling too , the sweetness of dates will be enough for me. Thank you, Julia, for the new recipe, it’s just for me!

Shura, thank you for your attention to my recipe. I think you're right, it took me one evening to make it better, I hope you like the new variation. And in this case, it’s probably better to prepare the filling in a blender so that the dates turn into puree.
