Grape jelly with yogurt

STEP 1
Grape layer.
STEP 2
Wash the grapes well and dry. Arrange the berries in bowls or glasses.
STEP 3
Pour 150 ml of grape juice over gelatin and leave to swell.
STEP 4
Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil.
STEP 5
Pour in the remaining grape juice and stir.
STEP 6
Pour the grape-gelatin mixture over the grapes and refrigerate until the juice completely hardens.
STEP 7
Yogurt layer.
STEP 8
Combine yogurt at room temperature with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir and leave until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 9
Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell. Then heat the gelatin until dissolved.
STEP 10
Pour gelatin into yogurt and stir quickly to avoid lumps.
STEP 11
Pour the yogurt mixture over the frozen grape layer. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for another 1 hour. Before serving, decorate the dessert with grapes and mint.
