STEP 1

DOUGH: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass.
STEP 2

Add condensed milk.
STEP 3

Pour in melted butter that has cooled to room temperature.
STEP 4

Add flour with baking powder. Mix.
STEP 5

The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
STEP 6

Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Lay out the dough. Flatten with a spatula. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 7

Remove the crust from the oven. Cut out circles from the warm cake using a small glass. Cool completely.
STEP 8

Grate any remaining scraps using a coarse grater.
STEP 9

CREAM: Add sugar to sour cream and mix. Leave for a few minutes for the sugar to dissolve.
STEP 10

CAKE: Dip two mugs in sour cream.
STEP 11

Place them on top of each other. Press lightly.

Roll in crumbs.
