    Next you need to mash the cranberries. This can be done in two ways - either with a blender or a wooden pestle. The first method is faster, the second method preserves vitamins better. I came across a rather hard variety of cranberry, so the pestle didn’t take it, I used a blender.

    Now you need to squeeze the juice out of the minted cranberries. To do this, take gauze, fold it in several layers and squeeze out the juice in small portions. Be careful, the gauze may burst if the pressure is too strong, it will take a long time to wash the kitchen (based on personal experience).

I boiled the squeezes for one minute and after cooling, strained them through a fine strainer. Then she poured in the raw juice and stirred. The taste of the fruit drink was very rich, the taste of berries was pronounced. Sugar compensates for the acidity of cranberries, but I would still add another spoon) Everyone has different tastes, so you need to focus on your own.
