Fresh lingonberry juice
Bright ruby hue and excellent taste with a slight bitterness. Lingonberry juice is no less healthy than cranberry juice, but due to the specific bitter taste of the berries, it is not so popular. I tried different proportions of sugar, water and berries, but this recipe turned out to be the most balanced drink. And the bitterness is not very noticeable, and there is not too much sugar.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Wash the lingonberries, sort and dry.
STEP 2
Grind the berries with a blender.
STEP 3
Rub through a sieve.
STEP 4
Pour water over the skins, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Strain the broth.
STEP 5
Add lingonberry juice and sugar to the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
STEP 6
Let the fruit drink steep under the lid for about 10 minutes and pour into glasses.

and I usually add pureed lingonberries to the slightly cooled strained broth to preserve all the vitamins, and instead of sugar I put honey, this really turns out to be super healthy. I also make cranberry juice.
