Lingonberry juice from lingonberries
Morse is considered to be a refreshing drink with a slight sourness, which is obtained by mixing natural berry (usually) juice with water. Thus, having cans of concentrated juice in your home bins, fruit juice can be prepared from it all year round. It is, among other things, also a good source of vitamins and beneficial minerals.
Different methods of preparing lingonberry juice imply different proportions of its components when mixed. That is, the finished drink can turn out to be sweeter or sour, more or less concentrated, and therefore aromatic. To enhance the taste, you can add other berries or fruits to the fruit drink. Citrus fruits, such as lemon, are best. It is served exclusively cold. Many lovers of fun get-togethers with friends appreciate lingonberry juice, especially in the morning)) and easily replace cabbage or cucumber pickles with it.
You can make lingonberry juice from frozen or fresh berries. A three-liter jar of the drink will require about seven hundred grams of berries. You can do more - then you get a richer taste.
You need to squeeze out all the juice from the washed berries. Do this using a juicer, manual, mechanical or electric. Since lingonberry juice is highly acidic, do not allow it to come into contact with a metal surface.
One of the cooking options is this: the juice is squeezed out, and something like a compote is cooked from the juice with the addition of water and sugar. Then it is filtered and mixed with fresh juice to taste. That is, it turns out to be a truly vitamin drink, which retains even such a picky drink for high temperatures as vitamin C. It is for this that fruit juice is valued more than the compote already mentioned above.
