  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make bread in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Prepare the dough. To do this, pour the water into a suitable sized bowl. Add yeast, sugar and salt to warm water. Stir them with a whisk.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sift the wheat flour through a fine sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Pour the sifted flour into the water with the yeast in parts, gently stirring it with a whisk until smooth. Focus not on the volume of flour, but on the consistency of the dough.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

The dough should be soft and elastic, not stick to your hands. Once you have it, roll it into a ball and leave it in a bowl. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place until the dough rises in size. This takes approximately 1 hour, maybe more. If your dough doesn't want to rise, replace the yeast. When the dough has risen, punch it down.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

When baking bread, it is advisable to use a good, high-quality heavy frying pan with high sides and thick walls. Thin bread is not suitable, keep this in mind. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the risen dough into the pan and knead it along the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and leave until the dough rises again. Do not turn on the stove.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

As soon as the dough has risen, turn the stove to the lowest setting! fire. Cover the pan with a lid and fry for about 30 minutes. Attention! The time depends on the type of stove you have, the pan and the thickness of the dough. Therefore, check the contents of the pan when cooking for the first time! It’s better if your lid is transparent so that you don’t have to lift it too much, but you can still see everything through it.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After half an hour, I removed the lid and turned the bread over to the other side. The second side needs to be fried for the same amount of time, over low heat and without a lid. It took me 30 minutes. As you can see, my bread rose well and did not burn.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Remove the pan from the stove and remove the bread from it. Wrap the bread in a towel for 1 hour.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Homemade bread is ready! This is what it looks like inside. The taste is good bread. You can cut it and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!

Thank you for participating in the Best Recipe of the Week competition. Dear Valeria, let's come to uniformity in the design of recipes. The perspective is only horizontal, both in the main photo and in the step-by-step shots. The site has rules that must be followed. Now for the main photo. The bread turned out great. But there is grain (noise) visible throughout the photo due to insufficient lighting. In general, I strongly recommend that all beginning food photographers switch to shooting in natural daylight (near the window). Half of the problems, such as sharp black shadows (in front of the right piece of bread), lack of correct white balance (the white color of the crumb turns into dirty gray), brightness (the crust is yellow instead of the beautiful golden one that plays in the light), overexposure (the right piece glares very much ) go away on their own. In addition, the dish must be presented beautifully in the photo. Cut into beautiful, even slices or even cut into pieces if the bread has a beautifully decorated top. Examples for guidance: 1, 2, 3 Khrumka contains two articles to help food photographers, they should help them find their way to professional food photography: How to photograph food. A guide for beginners. How to photograph food. Food photography for beginners.
