Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix 100 ml of water with sugar and yeast, leave in a warm place for 10 minutes, add 400 ml. water, flour, knead the dough, cover and keep warm for 40 minutes
STEP 2

the dough will rise
STEP 3

boil the potatoes
STEP 4

make a puree, fry the champignons in oil, add to the puree, you can add herbs
STEP 5

Roll out the dough and add the filling
STEP 6

fry on both sides in oil
STEP 7
