An unusual way to cook tender, juicy and delicious chicken! I tried this recipe in one of the Chinese restaurants. But it’s not complicated at all, I repeated it at home. and it worked. For some reason I didn’t dare to cook this dish; I had seen enough on TV in which special deep frying pans they fry it all. and even on high heat, almost on fire! and they get a lot of smoke from it. I thought that this simply couldn’t be repeated at home. It turns out that everything is much simpler - a completely ordinary frying pan will do, and everything turns out very tasty and pretty!
